P.M. Agrawal & Associates was originally incorporated as a proprietary concern in 1972 and thereafter it was converted to partnership firm in July 1980. The firm has a continued vintage of over 30 years. The firm operates from its office in Mumbai and offers its clients a full range of services, including Audit and Assurance, financial and business advisory, tax and regulatory.

Our History

It has taken bold leadership to form this organization what it is today. Our roots go back to 1972 and our founders Purushotam Motilal Agrawal and Sawarmal Motilal Agrawal who are brothers.

Purushotam Agrawal started the firm as a proprietorship concern in 1972. Thereafter, Sawarmal Agrawal joined the firm in 1980 and the partnership firm was formed. Over the years the firm has grown in size and two more partners have joined the firm. Mahima Saraf who is daughter of Purushotam Agrawal joined the firm as a partner in 2001 and Nikhil Agrawal who is the son of Sawarmal Agrawal joined the firm as a partner in 2010.
